Well, it's been a while, but I'm back out doing a few shows. Had some kind and appreciative audiences, so 'thankyou'. Doing a monthly gig up here at Twin Towns, with Kev Wilson, on his dance night. A few gigs coming up for anyone interested, Jan 4th at Club Banora and Jan 18th, Twin Towns.

The Band! Yep! The band is back! 'Brenda-Lee and the Twang Gang' are out and creating havoc!
Great bunch of players - Scott Shelly (who stars as Shagalot Shelly)
on guitar and keyboard, Michel Voets - aka 'Mad dog Michel' on bass, 'Longhorn Lee' - Lee Carroll on lead guitar, 'Winkin' Pete' - Peter Leighton on the skins, and myself, 'Hellfire Heathcote' on rythmn guitar and lead vocals.
These guys have literally played their way around the world, with some of the biggest acts in history, so if you get a chance, come and see the 'Twang Gang'. I will keep you posted on gig dates.

BREAKING NEWS.
For those who hadn't heard ---- Scott proposed!!
YAAAAY!! No date set as yet, but we're going to try to have a bit of and engagement shindig during the festival. Hoping to make it down probably in the last week, as I think Mr Henry has put me in the cricket match. You know the one.

I have a cafe in Coolangatta that let's me put them in there on consignment, and I've been selling a few.
I was nominated as a finalist and put into the exhibition of 'Tweed Naturally Art Awards' about 2 months ago. During 'Hats Off' this year, I donated 'Boats On Tweed' to the Cancer Council Charity Ball and Fundraiser Auction.
It raised about $350.00!
